I have recently been having problems when i smoke marijuana, i get a weird feeling in my stomach, it feels somewhat like all my internals are turned to jelly, but expecially in my liver/pancreas area, does anyone know why?

Lately I haven't had much problems. I'm usually sick, bit these past two weeks I've been fine. For two days now I have had stomach pain and the feeling of throwing up. Just starting today I feel dizzy and I don't want to get out of my bed so I don't puke. What do you think it could be?
