I have very painful Stomach cramps every 2-3 weeks

Have celiac disease and adhere to gluten free diet. However, get extreme bloating and feel like stomach tied in knot and painful cramps about once every 2-3 weeks. Seems to have no pattern. Lasts about a day (or night). When over no side effects.
