Does someone got a solution to not feel nascious or to stop a stomach ache . I feel like this all the time and I hate it , I'm scared to go anywhere because I'm scared that I'm going to throw up . I'm 13 right now and I've been like this for the last 4 years . Any solutions ?

After I eat no matter what my stomach tightens up and then my breathing in my chest tightens up for hours.
