When ever I think I'm going to throw up I feel nascious and then I stress on it , it feels worse. But when ever I don't think about it I don't feel like it anymore . Is there any solutions that will help ? Plz help !

I feel sick after eating, but I can't go to the doctor

I used to eat a lot and very often. But for the past few days I don't feel like eating so much and all I want to eat is one meal. I usually fall asleep at 4 a.m. and wake up at noon. Im not sure what that has to do with it, but I don't feel like im gonna throw up but its a lingering ache.
