I am 36yrs old and for the last month have been getting a range of symptoms.  I have been getting sharp pains in both sides under my rib cage, pain in my lower back warm to touch, change in bowel movements, bloating of stomach, excessive wind and generally feeling a bit under the weather. These pains seem to get worse over night and last night kept me awake most of the night so took some painkillers which did help.  My doctor did some blood tests which came back clear but has booked me to have an ultrasound done on my kidneys.

I have a number of health issues which I take the following medications  10mg Escitalopram, 400mg Lyrica, 50mg Seroquel and 500mg Naproxen.  I am under a lot of stress at the moment which could be the cause of my symptoms?.  I also had two operations done recently one was to sort an umbilical hernia and the other was a hemariodectomy which I feel has not healed properly.  I ran into a few problems and ended up having to be catheterized and got an infection which was found to be ecoli. Any advice would be welcome
