Stomach problems

Does anyone know what I'm feeling ?

Right now I feel hungry but I feel like someone is putting slight pressure on my stomach but they go on and off every couple of minutes . Does anyone know what this is . Should I just nibble on some crackers right now ?

four days ago i had horrible pulsating pains in my stomach with hot and cold chills and a mild fever the pulsating pain lasted 8 hrs and eased up leaving a painful knot in the bottom right side of my stomach and my body still cant regulate its heat
