I have been having a terrible time with acid reflux. On a typical day, I swill be fine and free of acid reflux until I go to bed, and will then wake up sometimes around 2 am with terrible acid reflux. I do take medication every time I get it, but I heard that this can result in long term gut issues....

vomiting after being woken up suddenly

It has happened more than once. when i get woken up suddenly my body trembles and i vomit... when its "safe" to get back in to bed, my body is jumpy.. usually the shaking and the feeling of wanting to vomit lasts for a few days.. Help???
