dry heaving...not just after eating either

I'm a 16 year old female. I do go to school, but do not currently have a job. I started dry heaving, hmmm, about 2 weeks ago. Food is not very appetizing to me but I'm always thirsty. I do drink enough water a day. It's really random when I do dry heave but I do it a lot in a day... any help?
