Why do I have stomachs cramps and nausesous feeling?

For a couple of weeks now usually either after I drink a soda or after I eat food I have stomach cramps really bad that makes me feel nausesous and I sometimes get diarrhea. I have no idea what is causing this. I'm on birth control so I shouldn't be pregnant. And I just has a baby 9 months ago.
