Why do I always feel sick when I stand up or move about after eating a meal?

Right so recently (past month or so) every time i stand or move after i've eaten a meal I always feel sick and have a belly cramp! Why is this? I weigh 9 stone and in 5ft 3in if thats any help? I'm really worried that somethings wrong with me!! please help!!

i am 21 years old and experience severe abdominal pain it started suddenly that in the middle of the night i ask my mother to bring me to the hospital cause i cannot tolerate the pain any longer..it was sharp abdominal pain accompanied by vomitting and diarrhea..i was later discharged after 24 hours...
