worried about throbbing in stomach!

Since this morning I have been feeling a kind of throbbing in the left side of my umbilical area . About 2 inches from navel. It occurs once every few minutes. Reminds me of baby's kicking during pregnancy. Of course I am not pregnant.

Side Ache for the past 3 days. Help?
