not being able to eat after 3 days of stomach bug

hi, this probly isnt ne thng major but i had a stomach flu type bug for about 3 days, and now i feel much better but when i try to eat i get full after only one bite of food and i get a bad pain in my upper back.if anyone knows anything about why this may be please reply. thanks.
