I have a gurgling in my stomach and chest after a cardio workout. I have to stop when my heart rate goes up because of the gurgling it's like water is bubbling in my chest and left side. Any suggestions

I have had horrible nausa for the past couple years and I have been to the doctor so many times. I get full quickly, lots of rumbling on both sides of my stomach and its usually really bad right when I wake up and right before I sleep. I have tried changing my diet but it still has not helped..
