Every morning I wake up, I feel sick to my stomach.  It may actually be just below my stomach, but I have no desire to move or eat.  I have a new job and it requires me to be up and around earlier than normal so the problem effects me even more.  Before, I could slowly get around, and eat breakfast after I felt better.  Now I have to get up, force myself to eat something if possible, and go to work feeling sick.

This has been going on for 4 months.  I have tried a handful of things.  About 3 weeks ago I began to take ACV and Accuflora Probiotics.  During the time, I started to slowly feel better each morning.  I stopped taking the Apple Cidar Vinegar because it tastes bad to me, and then slowly stopped taking probiotics mainly after forgetfulness.  My issues restarted this week as bad as ever, so I started taking ACV and Probiotics again.

Taking the probiotics makes my stomach feel bloated, and after reading that seems to be natural after introducing the extra bacteria.  I don't take them in the morning because they make typically upset my stomach for a while.  

Taking ACV (1-2tsp with water) in the morning seems to curb the severe sick feeling temporarly.  I read that inflamation of the stomach is normally remedied with ACV, so I started thinking that may be my issue.

I have tried to eat only salads for a few days in a row and noticed little to no benefit, so I went back to my normal diet.

Is there anything I may want to try differently to help my problem?  I really can't afford the deductable for my insurance this year to go get experimented on + the loss of employment.
