feeling nauseous for 5 months, but I'm not sick?!

Sick every night, but I'm fine during the day?

As I said I feel sick every night I try to heat a bear up to go on my  tell me but I still feel sick I've tried pooping before bed I've tried almost everything I try not drinking milk I feel fine going today but when I go to bed I feel so sick it's not funny but I never am sick
