Bad stomach pains, sweating and diarrhea in 3 AM

i woke at 3.00 in the morning with very bad stomach pains and then had dia ear and sweat pouring of me and it happened again about 3 hrs later is it serious do i need to see a doctor i have never had stomach pains or hot sweats like it before i am 57 year old women i know it is not my menopause

Constant Nasea and stomache pain

I am a 24 year old female and For the past 2 weeks I have had a constant nasea and stomach pains. I feel sick even thinking of food aswell as eating. I know I am not pregnant. And nothing I take helps at all. I am not on any prescriptions or anything. Any sugestions on what it might be?

Swollen Stomach

I have a very swollen stomach, blood in stool, dizziness, black pieces in urine and my stomach is so large you would think i am expecting. The blood in the stool i just kind of dismissed because i thought oh it is my ucler acting up agin. Have done hpt and all say no. And severe headache.
