Does anyone know if this is an anxiety attack or not?

I'm 17 and today all of a sudden I felt panicy, I felt tense, my stomach felt sick my shoulders and arms before heavy and tense and I had trouble taking a big deep breath. I thought it was anxiety so I tried to calm myself down by telling myself I would be okay I just need to relax. Tht didn't help....

I just noticed that my tounge was a dark black. I wear dentures but did not put them in when I got up until now 12:48 PM. I also have thrush because of my inhalers and nebulizers and take Nystatin twice a day for this.
