I am 13yrs old and i have 2 lumps under my nipples and they are kinda hard. There isnt anything coming out and they arent a weird color or anything but i am really worried that it is cancer. My friend gave me titty twsters too. Can they cause breat cnacer?

Soo im 13 im not sure whats my regular penis size but when i have an erection it is 6 inch. My voice always cracking , and when i masterbate some with sticky gu comes out . I also wake up with erections everyday which is very annoying . Is this normal ?
