Hi Andrew,

There is nothing you can do to speed up getting into puberty.  It's all controlled by the pituitary gland.  When your body is ready it will happen.  If you're getting past about 15 and haven't noticed any changes, see your doctor.

HI Andrew, I am totally agree with medic-dan. You don't have to be really active to hit puberty, Wait for your natural development.
