there were so much blocks of smegma, and i mean BLOCKS may be 1Cm tall,0.5Cm width and 0.2Cm hight I'm suffering from this thing since i was a child, i told my parent and every time we decide to go to doctor, i change my opinion and telling them that it was no thing, anyway i decided to remove it...
