i feel constantly tired all day every day, i can wake up at 1pm and and want to go back to bed by 4pm as i am so tired. feeling really low too but not sure why- also, i have strange long cuts in my mouth that i heard are from being run down, what are these.

im 17 and for the past 5 days i have been feeling bloated at first i assumed it was my period and at this point still thinking thats a posibility but i am due to have it now and i havent been getting the ussual stomach cramps, but the past 3 days i have been feeling really tired, had minor headaches...
