Swollen Testicle - Years

Hey all, im 16 and i have a swollen right testicle, it has been swollen for around 3 years but i just ignored it as it caused no pain or anything. Also, there is a smallish mass at the top of the testicle which feels like the epidermis is swollen - i have no clue but i fear cancer. I will be visting...

hey girls..i've bee to de doctors..nurse...she said..any infections or discharge can normaly be casued by skl toilets...and to stop any discharge..drink lots of canberry juice..have shows not baths avoid any chemical soaps..use dove..urm whipe de toilet seat in skl be 4 u go toilet....hope this...
