im 14 about to turn 15 and I am starting to get a lot more leg hair and I see some hair in my armpit growing. My pubic hair is just starting to turn darker and I don't think my penis has grown at all. Please help because I feel left out that the other kids have deeper voices

So I'm 15 going on 16. I'm about to be a junior in high school and I still haven't hit puberty. I'm 5' 1", chubby, still have a super high voice, no pubic hair whatsoever  and lacking in some other areas too if you know what I mean. I get mistaken for 12 all the time. It's humiliating...

I'm 14 and almost 15 and I haven't hit puberty. I have little hair on my lip, arms, legs, and underarms. My penis is only like 3 inches. I have a bit of pubic hair though. Can someone tell me why I haven't hit it yet?
