As a kid our one priority is our looks , as we grow our diet takes place into our health and growth , usually humans that don't get enough sleep and are up on social media don't grow as tall as their supposed to and neither do humans that eat junk food instead of healthy vegetables and fruits , if you would like to stop your growth i prefer not eating healthy but still burning the fat off so you can pause your growth , and to if you would like to be taller than most average I prefer having a good daily diet with only one pick of a peice of your favorite junk food ,and also science say that water acually takes away your hunger personally I have tried and it works!
