Okay so I got my menarche when i was 10. Now I'm 15 &  still my breasts have not grown.  I feel so bad when my other friends got period at 13-14 and have already attained noticeable or fuller size.  Is it because of the gene pool(d women in our family have really idle boobs size)...

hi im 15 will be turning 16 in 4 months and still have no sign of hitting puberty and have a girl friend and she will try to get down my pants but I freak out and push her away because im ashamed of it. Is there anything I should be afraid of?
