After about 3-3 1/2 hours, I drank the same water( he did not drink with touching his lips) and before night I drank it and went to bed. I usually slept in an AC room. In the morning(yesterday), I masturbated(touched the foreskin and the semen) without washing my hands. Will it cause HIV in me? Please help me guys.

There is no chance you could have contracted HIV from that. It is not spread from casual sharing of food or drinks. It HAS to be direct body fluid to body fluid contact. And masturbating later did not change that - the HIV virus is very fragile, and dies VERY quickly after being exposed to air. No risk - and no worries dude!
