Hi, recently I get a hard lump on the side of my left testicle.. It comes and goes.. I only usually get it after I shave myself down there... I dont know if it something serious or what.. It doesnt hurt and it does go away. these lumps are filled withy fluid and it eventually pops like a pimple......
