Ball on my epididymis?

at the end of my epididymis on left testicle there is some kind of ball attached to the epididymis. its also seems to be attached to the testicle itself, maybe by just a cord, im not sure. it hurts to squeeze, and seems the same structure as the epididymis. what could it be? :S
