Over the past few months, I've had an itch that seemingly starts getting worse and worse......I've deduced so far, that its not a yeast infection and I don't believe its herpes. I am 23 and have never had sex. I do have a fiance and we have done a few things here and there. But he has never had an STD and neither have I. However, I do have bumps that appear occasionally on my legs, that eventually leave scars. I'm guessing that this is a form of folliculitis. Recently these bumps have started appearing in my genital area (not painful) with an itch (very painful). I know I should;ve had this checked out earlier, but I am very shy and reluctant. However, I have scheduled an appointment to see a gynecologist, only I couldn't get in till mid July. The itching is extremely intense and at times unbearable. It doesn't seem to be going away. I have tried vagisil and this does seem to calm the itching for a while, but not very long. I have never had any smelly discharge either. I am a very clean person and always wash my genital area after using the rr (which could be the potential problem, but doesnt seem likely). If anyone has had a similar problem, or knows that this is, please, I implore you, tell me what it is and what treatment you used to cure it.
