can a scrotum transplant be done? my husband's scrotum was removed due to fournier's gangrene

My husband suffered from fourniers gangrene this year. The entire scrotum was removed. His testicles were relocated to the inside of his thighs. I'm a nurse and that confuses me.... All of his own parts are there, 2 are hidden. Has anyone heard of a scrotal transplant? Not testicular transplant....

My testicles are scaring me, the left one is hanging lower than the right one
