Before anything, yes i'm planning on paying a visit to the doc but i won't be able to do it for some days so i wanted to discuss this a bit. For some months i've been having some slight aches on my scrotum area that comes and goes. I started getting really worried about it, so i went to the doctor and he find nothing like lumps or hernias so he said i should just take pain killers and hot baths for some days and that was all.

But some weeks ago the random discomforts came back and i feel the left side of my scrotum area is a bit swollen, itchy and irritated. I've been really worrying about cancer and i don't know if me touching around so much could have led to this. The testicle itself still feels the same size as the other one and i don't find any lumps but i'm still really worried. What could this be? I've been having some low back pain that comes and goes as well and i'm really scared and stressed now.
