hi im a 42 year old male, i have had an ache in my right testicle for over a year, i went to the doc who said not to worry about it, but now its getting smaller, maybe half its original size and the ache is worse do i go back to the doc or do i just ignore it.

woke up at felt my left testicle starting to hurt this has happened twice the past 3 year and the pain is very severe if I breath to hard the pain come and if I touch it a little it hurt really bad haven't had sex so I know it's not related to that
