My husband has 3 testicles - you can see two - one unless you touch then you can notice it - I am worried about him - and want to book a gynocologist so that he can look at it. - its not cancer is it? He makes fun and says he is superman and does not bother to see a doc.....but I am worried - please...

Hi, I've just been sat here reading all the comments and I feel as if I'm in the same boat.. sorry to bring it all up again.  Anyhow, in the last 4-5 years I've had 3 times where I've had a shooting pain in my right testicle as if someone has been squeezing them it's usually in the morning...

Testicular swelling, I think it may be a hernia

I have been having the same problem since I was young and I think it's may be a hernia but my left testical gets very large then gets small and soft it's been doing this for quite a while I don't really suffer with pain
