One of my testicles hurts and it hangs lower than the other one

I'm 13 and one of my balls hurt it hangs lower than right is way bigger than it but I don't know if it should be checked at the docs and got to the er and it hurts a lot I got it a few days ago and I can't walk cause it'll hurt or sleep faced down so help me Thank you

I have pain in left testical  and blood in semen kinda  freeked   out but thought it was from wearing a tight pair of underwear. It feels a lil better than yesterday but worried.. Should i go to doc to be sure or will pain subside more with time
