I'm 13 and I'm currently going through puberty and I started almost 2 months ago and recently I've been getting a pain on my left testicle. Does that mean I have cancer or is it something that happens during puberty

Different scenario: I am 70, my testosterone levels are low. I have a 23 year old son who is transitioning to a female. Would his/her testicles, transplanted to me, restore my levels? Bearing children is not an issue, my wife is post menapause.
