I have a small cyst on my right testical, it moves around a lot and it gets big and small, it hurts when I drink Starbucks ice coffee. If I want to get it removed do they have to put me to sleep or there is another way to get it out?

Mushy Feeling in back of left testicle

Hi, on the back of my left testicle is a mushy feeling and when i try to fell around that area it doesn't seem to be on my testicle. It doesn't hurt and when i stand up and look at it it looks like a bunch of tiny balls in the scrotum. Please help. Is this cancer? life threatening?

I have been having this pain for over around about a year and happens and stops randomly. Sometimes it can be 3 weeks and then the pain happens. Or twice in a week.
