hello i am having some discomfort with my right testie i do a hell of a lot of running and go to the gym every day and this last few day it has been aching but today can hardly fell the ache any help on this would be good

small area on testies sometimes flakey and itchy

It´s only in one place. it´s not a lump, more like a small area (but always the same area.) I can see the outline of the area, and it usually is dry and peels in the mornings. Not all mornings, but some. Testicular area is a little itchy usually.
