Hey all my name is Jason and I am a almost 20 year old male, when i first statred to get this dull ache was about 3 day ago on saturday, and so I checked my self for lumps in the shower and i could find nothing, both my testicles where smooth all around and just a little firm both are almost identical in size (i cant really tell the difference) and they both hang about the same distance.
I dont have any fluid in my scrotome at all, so i dont really know whats going on by what people describe as cancer symtomes, because it seems i have none of them. Just wanted to see what you fellows thought about it. Also my activty level is pretty high i usually run between 30-60 minuets every day, push up and sits up and all that jazz. But i have not worked out since the acheing started. And i know for a fact i dont have any STD's becasue i am a virgin. Thats all I can think of to tell you guys now, later.
