Left testicle hurting

I've noticed for the last month I get pain only when Iam sleeping in my left testical in the shower I feel around and it feels like a lump but more like a vein and when I touch it it hurts I feel this is where the pain is coming from any suggestions . Thanks

I have a little lump on the left side of my nuts for over a month now it's not a pimple it's inchy and I don't no what it is can somebody help me or let me no if I should get it looked at cheers !!

I have been having some trouble now the inside of my leg has been itchy also I think my lymph node in my penis is swollen after very rough dry masturbation. Last girl I had sex with had no std got checked and is clean. Also my head has been very wrinkly looking what could this be?

I have extreme itch between my leg and resticles . It is unilateral.. if i scratch it too much it starts to burn ..there is rash too. And this rash with time convert to what seems to be like plaques in circular form . Is any thing wrong & what is the Rx ..thnx alot
