Hello,I'd like some help concerning this topic. I have always had a squishy thing inside of my ball sack for a long time(for as long as I can remember), and I thought it was normal but later on I realised it wasn't. Sometimes, it contracts(or disappears for a little while) and my ball sack seems normal, but then the next day it reappears. It is painless, and I am not sure what to do. I am now 14 years old, and I think I could use some help with this. I am too embarrassed to tell anybody.
