I have pain in left testical  and blood in semen kinda  freeked   out but thought it was from wearing a tight pair of underwear. It feels a lil better than yesterday but worried.. Should i go to doc to be sure or will pain subside more with time

Testicular bleeding, I took Tadalafil for my erections

I went with a chemotherapy in 2009 and later when I am okay it was hard to get full erection,so I started having tadafill 20 mg for this over the counter and then I have veins coming out from my legs and now new thing is that I have a bleeding from my balls which look like not stopping. several pimples on scrotum, I stopped popping them

I have a large, small and very small pimple like things in my scrotum. At first i pop them but after reading i stopped to pop them . But as days past the pimple thing has been increased from 5 to several. I'm worried about this matter .
