OK guys I too have had this warm feeling in my left testicle. I also have nerve damage in my back and L4 and L5 and sciatic nerve damage. I'm guessing all these problems we have will start with pinched nerves somewhere in the back. My back issues started years ago. I'm also having problems getting an erection when I want to. Really think it's damage or pinched nerves. Oh one more thing I have no pressure when urinating. Help me someone with this.
