Hellow Trishia,  Its been a year now so I should imagine your black spot is like a watermelon by now.  It must have been very worrying to have a black spot on your scrotum grow from a pea to a golf ball in just a week!! Its good to see you did something about the problem...

If you think that you are having three testicles, just be sure it's not a hard lump

I am also part of the 3rd ball crew im 17 and had it sense I was a little kid and it never gives me problems. Just make sure it's not a hard lump, if so you should get it checked by a doc.

I have the same problem for the past year on and off.I came across this walgreens anti itch lotion,and it felt amazing applying it,skin on scrotum is getting nice and smooth,it got so bad,it looked like beef jerky,but no itch,or burn ,or prickly feeling,heaven.Hope it works for you

Hey, I have had this issue for a too long know since puberty and I appear to have sebaceous cysts on my testicles, left one is favourited by them.
