I have lead a pretty active sex life with my wife, however now there are time we go without sex for months then she releases me by hand job. Here recently after a release my balls hurt and the following day they are blue again and swollen if I masturbate they swell a bit more then normal. When I ejaculate with in 24 hours they are blue again and aching for a release. How do I correct this please?
