I just recently noticied that I have many small bumps that cover my testicles. They are small and skin colored and a little lighter. I believe I have always had them and just never noticed but I was wondering if this is normal or if I should be concerned? They do not itch or anything.

helo all.. i have a left side varicole and im not sure if im gonna go through varicocelectomy...im scheduled for tomorrow..and im kinda afrain it might come back a year or two..maybe ill just cancel it.. this causing me a lot of pain..i duno wat to do..
