I am 15 and have had this small soft lump which feels a bit like a cord on the left of my scrotum sack for about 3-4 years and I have never noticed an increase in the lump size.
I don't think it's a cause for concern but wanted to know if anyone knew what this is that I have, is it an epididymis cyst or some other problem?

Sounds like it's just epididymis tubing to me, bro. If there was an lump on the testicle itself, then you'd have a problem.

i also have a lump right beside or mabe on my left testicle, but it seems to be attached to a vein or muscle or tendon or something going down the side of my left testcle, it doesnt hurt, and doesnt seem to be getting bigger, it actually changes size when my penis changes size sometimes, but only changes smaller....
if anyone could help us out it would be much apprisiated

dude, I have been researching and because I have had this lump for so damn long i'd say its just some harmless lump maybe fat tissue or something, but if your concerned by all means get it checked!!

cool, i also have a little hard lump in my cheek i've had ever since i was little, i went to the doctor and he sed it was just a fat lump or something like that, so yeah, mabe its the same thing beside my left testicle, i'm not gunna worry about it or get it checked unless it starts to constantly hurt or gets bigger and bigger.

As I said, It was close to about 3-4 maybe even 5 years ago I first noticed it and even now have never noticed a change in the size so I'd say it's nothing to worry about!! :)

I told my mum and went to my Docter and he said it could just be a swelling of a tube which is normal and gave me CO-AMOXICLAV 375MG and have a UltraSound so if i was u check it out incase it could be the start of Cancer

judging by things i've read about similar things i doubt that it's cancer; though, unlike anyone else on here mine does seem to throb as if i'd been hit in the testicles

Guys if you're worried go get it checked out, it may be embarrassing but it's better than infertility. I can say that if its not on the testes themselves you usually have no reason for concern. If the lump(s) or tubules are located above/ around the the testes, mainly around the vas deferens you'll most likely have one or more small cysts or varicoceles (varicose veins, basically the veins valves fail and blood pools enlarging the vessel). This is really common and usually located in the left side of the scrotum, usually a 'pulling'/'weighing down' sensation can occur if boxers are worn due to the added weight. Do not mistake it for your epididymis, which should be attached to the testicle and hard to locate to the untrained ( teenagers with diagrams!). Once again if worried seek medical attention!
