Testicular swelling

I am suffering from testicular swelling with pain.Both testes swells but after ejaculation it comes back to their normal size and i feel relax.Normally after 3/4 days when i have sexual desire they swells along with inflamation in my urinary tract and pain in back bone. Kindly help me.

i have a knot on my left testicle.

i'm 16 years old and a few days ago i noticed a knot/lump, kind of like a marble, on my left testicle. it's gotten bigger as the days have past. also my semen is a clear yellow color and has, what i think to be, blood in it. what could be wrong?

Lump/Pimple on Scrotum?

I have a lump, the size of a large pimple on my scrotum. Feel no pain, but when I try to squeeze it, there's a little pain as expected. When I'm squeezing it, it feels like a really hard and tiny ball. Anyone know what this is and if it's dangerous? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
