hi my right testical is enlared but i never had any lumps or anything on it what could it be?

Hi! It could happen that you had developed a cyst inside scrotum! However, they usually form on the left side but rules are there to be broken especially in the health and medical conditions.
Are you experiencing any pain or slight discomfort apart from being frustrated and uncomfortable just by knowing it is enlarged. Did you suffer from a trauma in this area or maybe prolonged or vigorous sex activities?
How long has the swelling been present? You could try applying ice packs or do sitz baths to try to decrease the swelling. Beside these things I would have it checked by urologist if I were you.
If you have developed cysts, you could get rid of them at the doc’s office. There are two types of cysts that could have developed. Spermatocele, which is a that develops in the epididymis and hydrocele, which is a fluid-filled sack along the spermatic cord within the scrotum.
Try not to have any excessive activities until the swelling subsides.
Swollen testicles could imply you have heart problems, so it would be good to have it checked.

iam 22 and 6 months ago i found a lump very hard bout the size of a bb bullet, not actually on my testicle, i bin 2 me docs twice and had an ultra sound, they said it wasnt cancer, its a epidemic cyste or sumit like that, just wondered why its stil der????? anybody help, email please ***
