i use to get pains on and off on my left testical. i dont really get them anymore but if i touch it i can feel that it is bumpy and that its not normal. i have no idea what to do.. or even if its normal because my right side isnt bumpy at all. any idea on whats wrong with me?

painfully throbbing testical

Help!! My 13 year old son is complaining that his right testical is throbbing painfully. He will not allow me (his mother) to take a look at it for obvious reasons and I can't get him to a doctor until Monday morning. Does anyone out there have an idea what this might be? Please respond promptly.
