8-| What is this lump in my scotum? It doesnt hurt its more of a sore feeling, also its not totally round like a lump but you can tell its not surpposed to be there. Does it sound like something major i need to get checked out or am i over reacting?

found a lump

i found a lump last night wasnt on my testicles it was floating a round my sack was rough and saw sensitive and tender when i was feeling it tryed to feel for it again to day but not there also have pins and needles in right hand and its a bit stif dont know weather these things are conected
